How do I place a order?
You can place a order through our order form on the Book Us tab.
We DO NOT accept orders via text, DM or email.
What is the order time frame for custom cakes/cupcakes?
All orders require a 10 day notice.
Can I still place an order if I need an order in less than the 10 day notice?
Yes, all orders places under our 10 day notice will have our flat rate rush fee charge of $100.00
which will be applied to order total.
How are the cupcakes sold?
Cupcakes are sold by the dozen only.
Are cupcakes, cakes and specialty desserts made to order?
Yes! All treats are made to order using quality ingredients to produce a rich taste high quality taste!
Can I mix the flavor of the cupcakes?
Yes! But there is a 2 dozen minimum to mix flavors.
How do I pay for my order?
Once order is placed a invoice is emailed and you can pay through Paypal or with any major credit card.
How long do I have to pay the invoice?
You have 48 hours to pay the invoice. After 48 hours invoice will be cancelled and you will have to reorder.
Is pick up available?
Yes pick up is available, pick up locations vary and will be discussed in further detail with customer.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes! We offer local delivery within 5-10 miles of 19143 and 19031 zip codes.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, flat rate fee of $25 - due prior to pickup unless cash on hand.
Do you travel?
Yes, we travel within the Tristate( Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware) & DMV( D.C., Maryland and Virginia) areas.
Are there travel rates?
Yes travel rates are separate and vary based on location.
Is there a late fee if I'm late for pick up?
Yes it is, you get a 15 minute grace period from scheduled time. After grace period a $25 fee is applied for every 30 minutes after.
Do you distribute refunds?
Unfortunately, no, a credit will be provided for any future orders.
What is the cancellation policy?
An order may be cancelled but deposits are nonrefundable.
