Is there a late fee if I'm late for pick up?

Yes it is, you get a 15 minute grace period from scheduled time.

After grace period a $30 fee is applied for every 30 minutes after.

 

Do you distribute refunds? 

Unfortunately, No, a BatterUp credit will be provided for any future orders.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

An order may be cancelled but deposits are nonrefundable.
